New business experts Karla Morales-Lee and Sarah Bradley share a passion for agency new business. They also share frustrations. Lola ran a breakfast event centred around The Future of the Agency looking at how they can build resilience, their own intellectual assets and IP to develop new business models rather than continuing on their current trajectory. Attendees included agencies such as Wieden & Kennedy, Waggener Erdstrom, Ogilvy as well as D&AD.
