What We Did
Lola worked with the senior management team to develop their understanding of where under-utilised assets were sitting within the organisation, ripe for further development.
D&AD also host D&AD New Blood, a series of world class programmes for new creatives. They aim to reach young creatives from as far and wide as possible to offer inspiration, learning and genuine breaks on the way into industry.
Lola hosted one of the sessions which focused on the importance of understanding how they can use their own creativity as an Asset rather than a Service.
